Climb to the first floor to be greeted by a tiny seating area serving coffee and just six to eight flavours of ice cream that change seasonally. Go for the delicious salted caramel ice cream that’s a mix of sweet and salt and is their most popular one.

This delightful pink and blue ice candy truck brings out the child in you. It’ll be a tough task to make a choice when you see the flavours on offer but Mango Cheesecake is highly recommended. What we loved is the chocolate coating on half the popsicle, which complements the mango beautifully giving it a great contrast and creamy flavour.

Warning: the wait can be unbearable when you’re hungry but watching these delicious handcrafted ice cream rolls being made ensures that you don’t walk away. They pour cream on super cold metal that freezes it immediately. It’s then spread out evenly and scooped up with a spatula to form rolls. This decadent dessert is a dream for chocoholics. The rolls get their inspiration from Thailand, and suffice it to say, have now stormed their way into many countries.

A hint of rose and delicious lychees make this yummy flavour irresistible during summer. This place is all about instant ice cream and they prepare it in front of you using liquid nitrogen. This is cooled down to minus 200 degrees Celsius and when poured onto the liquid ice cream, a frozen mass of delicious ice cream emerges.

If you go weak in the knees just hearing about bananas and caramel, then go for this decadent ice cream at Azote. Also prepared using liquid nitrogen, it takes the traditional English dessert to a whole new level. The ice cream is topped with wafer biscuits and comes with a syringe that’s filled with heavenly chocolate sauce. They keep adding new flavours each week, but we really hope this one stays.

RUM BABA AT OH SO STONED!

Pabrai’s Fresh and Naturelle Ice Creams

This delicious jaggery flavoured ice cream is unlike something you’ve ever tasted before. Made of date palm jaggery a bite of this reminds you of the legendary sandesh in Kolkata. The ice cream is slightly grainy in texture the gur syrup topping, that looks like dark honey, is absolutely lip-smacking.
