HAVELOCK

Radhanagar Beach- One of India’s prettiest and most famous stretches of sand are found in the acclaimed Radhanagar. It’s a beautiful curve of sugar, fronted by perfectly spiralled waves, all backed by a native forest. Late afternoon is the best time to visit to avoid the heat and crowds, as well as for its sunset.

Kala Pathar Beach- Kala Pathar is one of the most pristine beaches on this island. Find your own private spot to watch the sun rise and go down while you laze around on the beach.

Elephant Beach is ideal for water activities like snorkelling. An interesting way to reach this beach is by a 40-minute walk through a muddy elephant logging trail.

NEIL ISLAND

Laxmanpur Beach is a long sweep of sandy coastline and mangrove. There’s a good sunset viewpoint out this way accessed via Pearl Park Beach Resort.

Bharatpur Beach is Neil Island’s best swimming beach, most famous among day-trippers who descend here in motorised boats.

LONG ISLAND

Lalaji Bay- A 1½-hour trek in the jungle will lead you to the secluded Lalaji Bay, a beautiful white-sand beach with good swimming and snorkelling options.

ROSS & SMITH ISLANDS- Like lovely tropical counterweights, the twin islands of Ross and Smith are connected by a narrow sandbar of dazzling white sand, and are up there with the best in the Andamans for both swimming and snorkelling.
