Sri Lankan Fish Curry with Red Rice

When you first see the colours in this traditional dish, it is simply bewitching, and when you taste the exotic mixture of the strong flavours of the red rice which blend so well with delicate spices of the traditional fish curry, it is delicious. This dish is accompanied with Dal, which is a bit sweet and savoury; Salad, tangy and crunchy; Beet-root curry, very well blended. You cannot leave Sri Lanka without trying this! It’s best had for lunch.

Seafood Kothu

Kothu is a very popular dish, a wholesome meal and comes in different variants, even a cheese one too! It is a chopped Parotta fried with different vegetables and sea food. Depending on how hungry you are, you can go on and on. It’s a myriad of different flavours-perfect, healthy & delicious.

Avocado Toast

This is a great start for the day- with fruits, juice, and a bread basket- you could not ask for more. The avocado toast topped with chilli flakes, lime, pumpkin seeds and a poached egg is simply irresistible. Along with this, if you have a beautiful view of the beach, simply perfect, a breakfast which nourishes the body & soul!

Grilled Sea Food Platter

This dish is happiness as it is grilled to perfection with mild spices, accompanied with a butter garlic sauce to add to the flavour. The Calamari, Fish, Prawn-are sensational. The grilled pineapple which goes with this dish is awesome- sweet, tangy, grilled. Best had for dinner and savoured with your favourite wine or Coconut Arrack cocktail.

When in Sri Lanka, eat traditional! The string hoppers are light and delicious, best had with fish curry, dal, coconut roti and accompanied with the pol sambol (a coconut relish) and the onion sambol. The condiments add mild spice and add to the taste. Nutritious and delicious – a great way to start the day!

Traditional Sri Lankan food is so exotic that flavours enrapture you. The must haves are- the tangy and sweet Mango Curry, Kiri Hodi- traditional coconut milk gravy with sautéed prawn rice is sensational. Mukunuwenna Mellum, a fresh leaf salad lightly cooked with coconut and onions, accompany this with fried calamari or prawn curry, your heart will only want more. Relish the condiments like sambol, papad and the warm hospitality. Best had for lunch- these dishes are simply beyond compare.

This cardamom spiced coconut custard is a perfect blend of egg, jaggery, coconut milk, cinnamon and more. With every teaspoon, you just keep falling in love with this dessert. Sensationally sweet- you will not be able to resist this!

So perfect and delicately blended with yoghurt, nut butter, coconut, the mix of flavours is mind blowing- it’s truly “to the moon and back”! The bar is a must-visit to try the Moon-Walk and other delicious desserts which are so carefully curated and presented with passion.

A wrap with just the right amount of seasoning, happiness & smiles! A perfect mix of grilled prawn, homemade pickles, carrot, coriander, local greens and the ‘secret’ sauce, rolled in freshly made tortillas. The sea, porch, music- all add to the delicious bite. Lunch or dinner- your choice!
