Lonely Planet has always encouraged people to travel and explore the world whenever an opportunity strikes. The same goes for our team in India as well! For the year 2020, we all have some fascinating travel plans to share. Take a look…
My travel resolution for 2020 – to be over the mountains and through the woods, since not all classrooms have four walls.
My travel resolution for 2020 is to travel to a different place each month i.e., 12 new places this year. The reason for taking up this resolution is to utilise this time in life to gather new experiences and memories. Hopefully, in December 2020, I will be en route to my 12th destination for 2020.
This year I wish to digitally detox and experience slow travel.

Wildlife has always been fascinating for me. This year I hope to see a tiger in the wild at any of the national parks in India.
I plan to go off the beaten track and spend more time in the lap of nature!
Religious tourism tops my travel list in 2020. I want to visit the Golden Temple in Amritsar.
My resolution for 2020 is to dedicate almost every alternate weekend to travel, mostly to explore the remote villages in the Himalayas.
My travel resolution for this year is to travel to explore the mountains of Lahaul and Spiti.
I want to experience more of international travel this year. Hopefully by the end of 2020, my passport will have multiple immigration stamps!
