Festa De Diu
When: 1 December, 2015 – 15 February, 2016
Where: Diu, Daman and Diu

140 live events, 300 artistes (Indian Ocean, Hard Kaur, Kailasa Band, Benny Dayal, and more) over 77 days and sunny beaches – welcome to Asia’s Longest Beach Festival, Festa De Diu. In an endeavor to promote Diu as the ultimate vacation hotspot, the U.T. Administration of Daman & Diu launched Festa De Diu on 1 December, 2015 for the first time.

Aside from daily performances, the festival will have 60 luxury beach tents, spas, 5-star dinning, adventure sports (bungee jumping, zip lining, hot air balloon), community outreach workshops, carnival, jam sessions, concerts, fashion shows and more.

Bacardi Enchanted Valley Carnival

When: 18, 19 and 20 December, 2015
Where: Aamby Valley City Festival Arena, Pune

Being touted as India’s first and largest camping music festival, the Bacardi Enchanted Valley Carnival will have renowned artistes Tiësto and Fatboy Slim take centre stage. BEVC promises to offer riveting performances, adrenaline-pumping adventure sports and the best camping experience.

After first launching in 2013, the Enchanted Valley Carnival continues to call out like-minded and passionate folk to #JoinTheTribe to experience a futuristic themed production and specially-created stages for a dynamic music experience.

Where: Goa

Sunburn Goa has been ranked as one of the world’s top three music festivals, and 2015 will be seeing fans travelling from over as many as 42 countries.

Magnetic Fields
When: 18 December – 20 December, 2015
Where: Alsisar Mahal, Rajasthan

Earlier the residence of the Thakur of Alsisar, the Alsisar Mahal now forms the backdrop for Magnetic Fields, an independent music festival. This limited capacity festival (yes) promises to be an immersive, curated experience. In what will be a first, the dungeons of the 17th century palace will be the site of one of the popular secret parties, definitely a new experience for any festival goer.

The line-up this year includes American rocktronica act Ratatat that has performed at Coachella; Aqua Dominatrix; new house/techno whizkid Palms Trax; and Islamabad-based experimental electronica producer Asfandyar Khan aka TMPST, to name a few.

Bacardi NH7 Weekender
When and where: Pune (4 December – 6 December, 2015); Bangalore (5 December – 6 December, 2015)

Since its inception in 2010, Bacardi NH7 Weekender has strived to bring Indian fans some of the most exciting musical acts from around the world, art by unique visual creators, great food and a great weekend experience that’s it earned the tag of India’s happiest music festival.

Internationally renowned artistes The Vaccines, Basement Jaxx, Chase & Status, MUTEMATH, Jon Hopkins, and Imogen Heap have performed for the first time in the country at the festival. For more information, visit their website.
